20 something, semi-professional living in Washington, DC. In past and current lives I've been a soccer coach to 2 (through 10) year olds, a seller of fine cheeses, a barista at a certain green logo'd corporate coffee seller (despite not liking coffee), a heavy metal DJ, a swing dancer, a website manager, a code monkey, a gnome of doom, a lab worker, a dabbler in fiction writing, a bookworm and much more.
This is the second (or third?) incarnation of Grok Life. The non-all inclusive list of what you can expect to see here include politics, skepticism, science, philosophy, history, book reviews, movie reviews and any other random things I find funny, interesting or otherwise notable. It's all about the continual effort I have to understand the world around me and the life that I, and we, are living in it.
